Breathe with Julie Clark

This Breathwork class is designed to help you reset, relax, and shift into a state of calm using the power of your own breath. You’ll be guided through a practice to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (known the ‘rest and digest’ system), which can help improve sleep, increase focus, calm anxiety, lower cortisol levels, and provide many other physical and mental benefits.

The class will guide you through a combination of Holotropic and two-part breathing patterns, all set to music with healing Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats, and the experience will end with a short meditation for deep relaxation.
