"Return to You" is a workshop designed to help individuals navigate life transitions by reconnecting with their inner wisdom. Blending somatic mindfulness, embodied movement, and coaching inquiry, it offers a trauma-informed approach to nervous system regulation.
Many people are experiencing career shifts, relationship changes, or internal awakenings, often feeling uncertain. This workshop meets them where they are, providing practical tools to use their body as a compass for clarity and confidence.
The workshop includes somatic grounding, a mini somatic journey through past, present, and future, and reflective journaling. A sound bath facilitates deep integration, followed by a closing circle for sharing. Participants will leave with a deeper connection to their body's wisdom, emotional clarity, and a clear, embodied "next step" rooted in their inner truth.
